For a four star hotel, would expect basic facilities in Room line Tea/Coffee, Ironning facility

The hotel facilities and staff were very good but the area was run down and not very clean. Metro station was walkable but we did not feel safe walking back to the hotel late at night.

The bathroom smelled bad, like it was coming from the shower booth, and although the bed looked freshly made, when I lay down I noticed a strong perfume smell on the pillow. I had to complain strongly at the reception before they finally changed my room.

Everything was clean and staff were friendly 🙂
