For a 5 stars hotel - nothing crazy, but affordable as for CPH standards. Rooms quite old, could use some renovation. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Reception area very nice. Breakfast good but not many vegetarian options. You have to book cleaning of the room otherwise they won’t clean it. Rooms are quite small and not well sound isolated. All in all a very average hotel, not what you’d expect from 5 stars.

"Room was pretty basic, clean with a view of the local community outside. No complimentary coffee maker, lotion etc but it’s very convenient to the train station which we used a lot and also metro station and supermarkets are nearby also. It’s a nice place to experience the local culture and also ..."

"This hotel is in bankruptcy. Another hotel is in their place, we were not notified at all. Manger is a pain in the a$$. No internet for all 4 days we were there, out of 8 light bulbs only 2 worked (both in the same fixture) so room was dark. Very musty smelling (window would only open about 5 inches ..."
