Traditional Spanish hotel, with a tropical feeling pool area. Very attentive staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Very good wines and ambience with a pianist. Will return.

The non refurbished rooms are very tired. The onsite car park was made unavailable at short notice.

Extremely disappointing experience - guests should be aware. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had, and I feel other guests should be aware of what happened before booking. I initially chose this hotel largely because of the fitness facilities shown in its advertising. However, on arrival I discovered that the gym prominently featured in the hotel’s photographs is not the gym located on-site. The actual on-site gym is extremely small, stuffy and poorly equipped, with equipment that was stiff or did not work properly. I asked reception about the larger gym shown in the hotel’s photographs and was told that hotel guests had free access. However, the receptionists did not appear to have clear or consistent knowledge about the facility or how guests were supposed to access it. I was not properly informed that it was off-site, that getting there realistically required a car, or that there was a possibility of arriving and finding nobody there to provide access. Fortunately, my partner had a car and dropped me at the other gym. When I arrived, there was nobody there and I could not get inside. I ended up spending 40 minutes trying to resolve a problem that should never have occurred if the hotel had provided clear, accurate info. This is therefore not simply a complaint about a gym. It is about misleading presentation, inadequate communication, staff who did not appear knowledgeable about the facilities they were directing. Also defensiveness!!

Tired room needs a refurb and updating asap

The food was top class the facilities and pools amazing, the room was ok, a little worn and door handle to the bathroom fell off - thank goodness we were end room and I managed to retrieve my 7 year old.

A beautiful hotel, we had a room with an XL terrace, room was spacious with everything we needed. Great breakfast in the morning with everything you need. Pool area was very pretty, plenty of shared ahd sunny spots to keep everyone happy. Bar service direct to lounger with great cocktails and the pizza is perfect. Short walk to the beach amd old town.
