Room was good , shame about house keeping , only one large towel replaced ( when there was two of us .
Asked for refills coffee/ Tea milk etc only gave us Tea bags and that was reluctant. Staff at the bar really nice customer services seemed a let down only doing what they had to do . Poor effort really , won’t be staying again unfortunately.

Definitely the staff on reception! We were checked in by a lovely lady whose name I didn’t get and checked out by Dom! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and great with the kids. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The Citadines Trafalgar Square is in an ideal location, most theatres, art galleries and museums are within easy walking distance. The hotel is well kept and the morning coffee station is excellent. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, there is a weekly service.
