Clean and modern room. Friendly staff. Access to CNN international on the TV would have been great.

Location is fabulous but better coffee in the room or available in the hotel would be nice

Beautiful grand old hotel.the staff were incredibly helpful and the concierge was always at hand to guide you in the right direction. My room was stunning and had a lovely canal view. Breakfast buffet was very good and had some healthy options, but the best part of the hotel was the wellness spa and the warm pool that made you feel you were under the nights sky. Highly recommend. However, please note the restaurant is closed (although there are bar snacks) and a few elevators weren’t working when I was there.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Location is really convenient and close to trains. Dinner and breakfast both were good value and very tasty.

Convenient to airport. They have good shuttle service and service was very good

Very much enjoyed our stay at the westcord art hotel, the staff were excellent and very helpful. It’s a very straightforward journey from the airport to the hotel with a very short train journey then the number 22 bus .the bus is also very good for getting you into town centre. It’s also a very leisurely 30 minute walk into the centre from the hotel. We would definitely stay there again

Super friendly staff and absolutely beautiful facilities! Second time staying there and spotlessly clean room and huge bed. Had a wonderful sleep! Can’t understand why it’s called budget other than its amazing value. Have stayed in UK budget hotels and no comparison!
