we had a lovely time, the front desk and door staff plus room cleaning people are kind and very happy to help. If we were picky the bar staff downstairs were a little inattentive so rather than waiting at the table to catch their eye we had to go to them. The pool upstairs is cold in February - but it will be lovely in summer. Great place for an evening drink

Choose inside rooms as the outside were smoking from shrine burning next store almost daily

Nice hotel, lifts were awkward. Property was quite dated, in particular the bathroom. Sheets did not fit the size of the bed. Very loud when sleeping due to location. Location was a major plus as well though, due to being in centre of Hanoi.
