Hello, we just checked into our room, and I noticed a few issues. I was about to take a shower, but the shampoo bottle is empty and there is no tissue in the bathroom. Also, the bidet on the toilet is not working. Do i asked the front desk to please send someone to refill the supplies and check the bidet

Pool showed a lot of wear and tear staff was considerate and helpful. The restaurant did not have enough variety of food for the various travelers through there.

Great hotel just be prepared to pay a $500 hold (you get it back at the end of your stay)
Other than that great views . Everything is walking distance and they have very nice staff
