Plenty of staff everywhere reception, cleaning, dining hall. We stayed with breakfast added and it was a lovely display each and every morning. We sat in the salt cave for an hour, free with the hotel.

The check in was easy. Staffs were nice and helpful. The area was great and accessible to all the tourists attractions by walking.
Room was clean, modern and equipped with all kinds of stuff that needed.
