The room was nice, clean and spacious for 4 people. The staff at the front desk were pleasant and very helpful. Great location, near the La Boqueria Market.

Lovely, very helpful and accommodating staff. The amenities, it has evening and the buffet food is varied and really tasty, they have thought of everything.

Spacious apartment, full kitchen, washing machine etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Recommend.

Settee and beds too low. No tea and coffee supplied. No walk in shower. Require step outside bath and high safety grab bar on shower wall. Air conditioning very difficult to control. Everything else in apartment was excellent. Free bus to beach was inadequate as it does not run often enough and should also have a second stop in town centre. Sports bar is uncomfortable with cheap furniture and is far too small. The pool snack bar was excellent providing good food and drinks at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately the picnic benches are very uncomfortable for elderly folk. Restaurants and buffet meals were very good. Reception was very helpful and pleasant to deal with especially Patricia who was delightful and a wonderful hostess.

Beautiful hotel, great service and the room was exceptional, as we got unexpectedly upgraded on arrival. A fabulous 5 days and would definitely return.
