This hotel could be a 5 star hotel if they just make a few tweaks as listed below.
1. Front Desk/Reception Area - Professional and courteous but a little slow in dealing with clients.
2. Late night food/snacks should be further catered to a more international/American clientele, although the hotel is Indian owned.
3. Lack of notification and actual hot water availability for two nights. Hotel should reach out to clients on such issues that affect us all as clients.
Otherwise, a fantastic hotel with excellent five star Indian-themed food/drinks, staff, and location!

The hotel lies about VIP access. We were not offer free room upgrades, and we ended up with a room with a view of a wall on the second floor. Housekeeping is not very good at cleaning. Stains on the walls, hairs in the shower drain. Just not a very clean hotel.
