Miami Kid friendly Holidays

The service was impeccable!! Pool and restaurant were wonderful. Location is awesome also, walking distance to beach. The only drawback was a huge palm tree that banged on our window all night.

Stayed in room 326 Nov 7and 8. Everything was good but not great. The room itself was very spacious and clean. If I had a suggestion, get new flooring throughout this room. The tiles werent dirty but they looked it from wear and tear. Also there is a huge spot right by the south sliding glass door that is very soft and sinks. Im not sure if its from water damage or warping but it should be fixed. Other than that the entire staff, from the front desk to the pool were very friendly professional.

Clean, great staff, and the breakfast is so good. My only negative comment was a fridge was not free and you had to pay extra if you wanted one.

My husband and I loved our room and the staff was courteous.

The room wasn’t clean, the phone in the room didn’t work.

The bed was extremely comfortable The elevator was out of service when we were leaving so down three floors with all the luggage Oh well Dinner at BLT was great

Definitely would stay here again the atmosphere was amazing. My wife and I enjoyed the beach and pool will be back soon

I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

As I checked out for the overpriced breakfast, I wanted to use cash for my breakfast. They acted like they’ve never seen cash before, so I had to charge to my room. Then the on checking out, I wanted to use cash for the breakfast charge….AGAIN, no idea on how to handle cash!! For Hyatt, this is very disappointing. However, I stayed in a panoramic room on floor 14, and it was gorgeous.
