The bed was steel frame and it was not covered so I bumped into it twice, room was ok but no microwave. The cloth covering the bed frame was torn. The elevator floor was caved in and not felt safe. Other elevator was non operational. Hotel looks good pictures but reality is different. Free parking was good but no breakfast in the morning.

Hot tub was cold the first two days and the rental vouchers were not working (so we had to pay for the bikes and seek reimbursement which is a pain, bikes were meant to be free to hotel guests 2 hours/day.

We’ll never forget The Plymouth South Beach ❤️
From the second we walked in, this hotel didn’t just give us a room — they took care of us like family.
The staff was genuinely warm and attentive from front desk all the way to housekeeping, security, room service, valet, and the amazing bartender at the tiki bar. When I lost my phone, they immediately let me use theirs and even helped me track it down. When we wanted a bigger room, they made it happen without hesitation.
They treated both me and my girlfriend with such kindness and care the entire stay. We truly felt spoiled and looked after.
The Plymouth isn’t just a hotel — it’s a place with a heart. We’ll definitely be back. This stay will stay with us forever.

Beautiful hotel! We did a last minute mother-daughter long weekend and it was perfect. Pool is busy but so pretty and plenty of space to swim around. Beach was well staffed and so easy to access. I loved the beach trail that goes all the way to south beach-great for morning walk!
