The room was in need of a thorough cleaning. Many small areas in the bathroom area needed to be cleaned especially some of the grout in the shower and areas around the shower. The hallways on the 25th floor looked as though they had hand prints all over them.

Room staff was great! Kept room straightened. Were missing some towels but they were quick to get. Restaurant was tasty and service was awesome. Great location. Would definitely come back. Lobby staff were helpful and personable

Amazing location. Rooms spacious (for NYC) and clean. Staff efficient and unobtrusive. Good amenities. Only complaint is they should have body lotion in bathroom and that breakfast is overpriced.
