Seoul Kid friendly Holidays

Very easy access to the nearby night market and shopping area. The hotel was refurbished and pretty clean. Very easy check-in and out. Perfect for a short trip when you need a good night sleep having been out and about all day.

We stayed here for 5 nights with family of 3 ( 2 adults and 1 kid, 7 years old) . The hotel modern, clean, and well-located without being noisy. It’s ideal for traveler's who want comfort and convenience without luxury pricing. The cons :The overall experience very impersonal as the service leaned too heavily on automation with limited in person support lacking the warmth or attentiveness expected from a 4-star hotel.Moreover, The room temperature was uncomfortably warm during the hot summer, and our daughter even suffered a nosebleed as a result. We requested the concierge to lower the temperature, but since the hotel uses a centralized air conditioning system, they were unable to adjust it. Instead, they provided us with a small electric fan, which offered little relief.

Very clean and spacious. People are very kind. Most of all its location is the center of Seoul being able to access most of the events and places on foot.

Very good location near airport bus stop. Also located close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Staff very helpful in recommending local dining spots. Rooms are fine but the washroom is small.
