Luzon Kid friendly Holidays

We enjoyed our stay after upgrading to the newer rooms on the 9th floor. We had originally booked the rooms that haven’t been updated yet and my wife didn’t really liked it, it felt old but still clean. My recommendation is just spend the extra $ and get the newer room.

I have stayed in this hotel for many years. This last stay was a little bit disappointing. There were area carpets in the room before that have been removed, and the beds are not as comfortable and they squeaked and make a thumping sound so loud that it woke me up. Other than that, it was comfortable and conveniently located. I have always enjoyed staying there, but it seems that perhaps they changed management or ownership because it’s just not the same.

The vicinity is close to every places you want to go to!

Clean comfortable accommodations . Friendly competent staff especially Mike at the restaurant .

Outdated, bugs all over and just overall not very well kept. Staff was very accommodating which made up for the rest. But it’s clear they are overworked and understaffed

Very convenient. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff are very nice.

Everyone including the security guards are so nice and polite. They have all known me since I've been staying in this suite for the last 9 years. The manager cares about the hotel clients. Manager and staff are always smiling that makes my day goes by quickly.
