It was a comfortable and convenient stay. I do wish the pool was open a little later than 8pm so i could of enjoyed it when i came back in.

The stagg was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was super clean. The inly complaint we had was the restaurant in the hotel was not good at all as far as food.

The room wasn't the cleanest. Mildew in the corners & on the slides for the door. Stains everywhere, walls, carpets & door frames. The shelves & dishes were dusty. I forgot my slippers so wore my socks. They were stained from the dirty floors.
Breakfast running untill 9am is inconvenient. Wish it ran untill 10a on weekdays. The juice machine put out warm liquids. The orange juice was watered down...or just out all morning. But who wants warm OJ anyways.
The pool was shut down, which was important as my 6 yr old loves an indoor pool & it was planned to spend some time in it. I received no notifications as i would have changed to a different hotel if i was made aware.
The lobby temp was gross. It was way to hot. The only saving grace was the employees. They were all amazing & we genuinely looked forward to seeing them. They were all so sweet with my daughter. Loved them. If it wasn't for them i would have given 1 star.
I would not stay at this location again unless there were no other options.
