The check-in took 30 mins, they also wanted to charge us extra for a cot when we had reserved a room for 3 but there was only 2 single beds for the 3 of us. There was mold in the room by the window in the bathroom and the one overlooking outside. There was a band that played starting at 9:30pm that could be heard all throughout the hotel, not ideal if you have children or if you were hoping to get an early night of sleep.
The hotel definitely needs an update. Lots of things falling apart. Definitely disappointing given their “4 star” rating. Lovely village but the hotel was less than stellar.
