We had one of the smallest rooms. It was adequate for our 2 night stay but the bathroom was especially small. Breakfast was a bit chaotic; tables were very close together and at times the staff seemed harried as they tried to get everyone's coffee orders.
The afternoon-evening concierge was lovely and helpful but one of the morning concierges was unfriendly.

Great little boutique hotel. Staff was excellent and we loved the shower. It was close to the train terminal ( 5 min by car ) to get to Venice. Very easy to use.
