Hotel was in a good location, quiet and a short walk to the old town.
Bathrooms were quite basic for a 4 star hotel, e.g. no shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast was great and the spa area was nice too!

The property is in an excellent location and beautifully decorated. We arrived early and thankfully our room was ready.
The room was nice, clean and spacious but every time someone in a room nearby let their door slam the wall where the headboard was shook.
There was no information on room service other than a QR code on the tv that changed every 5 seconds. More frustratingly, if you wanted room service nothing was available until the kitchen opened at 1pm despite the information saying it was available all day. There were no other food options in the bar or hotel so we had to wait.
We visited the roof terrace but the bar was empty and we had to go back down to the bar to order.
Overall for the price it was a very average experience.

tablet controlled room was first time for me. probably the last time, but was fun a first. the hotel is right in the beginning of the old town gate of gdansk and very near the famous river.
