Kraków-Częstochowa Upland Kid friendly Holidays

The room was spotless. The location, very central and walkable. I slept well. The only drawback was related to the location of my room--it was adjacent to the busy reception office. However, two doors separated me from it and the room itself was relatively quiet.

The rooms were very clean, and the staff was very polite, but to call it a five-star hotel, I think is stretching the point. It's more like 4.5 stars. It doesn't quite come off as a five-star hotel. Location was good, but several little things didn't work out for us. For example, we couldn't get into our room because the card didn't work. When they fixed that and gave us a key and a card, it still didn't work. It was little things like that that didn't live up to the hype. We had an issue with the car on arrival. The manager was very helpful and gave us a free ride back to the airport when we left.

Hotel was amazing, excellent location right on the main square. Rooms are lovely, clean, tidy, Really comfortable. Staff are really attentive. Breakfast was fine. Always enough choice to eat and fresh. Would definitely come back.

We stayed in the dragons cave. The room was amazing and the photos on the website do not do it justice. ❤️ the staff were great. It was clean, comfy and had everything you would need. Location is brilliant for the city centre. Absolutely beautiful stay! 🐉🥰

What a beautiful hotel. The receptionist was welcoming and spoke perfect English. The decor with the mix of old and new was really well done, fresh and spotlessly clean. Nice touches with cups and saucers, iron, safe and a long shoe horn i didn't know I needed in my life until now!! We enjoyed the sauna which was free to use. Brilliant location to explore the old town and elsewhere in Krakow. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic. Peaceful, very clean and lovely balcony. Staff pleasant. Only negative was it was so hot!! Outside was very cold but inside was tropical, which was not pleasant.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Szlakami 5 Dolin. The view is beautiful. The apartment was perfect. We arrived late so there wasn’t anyone at the reception but we received all the info before we arrived and had a smooth check in. We tried the Sauna one evening and it was good. The staff were lovely. It was clean. The bed was comfortable. There is no housekeeping service which was abit of let down. It is far out from central and no transport closeby. It is great if you have a car. Otherwise, it will have to be a taxi to central. We didn’t try the breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall good stay.

Incredible property. Front desk was really nice but not always responsive when needed (like when the doors were stuck and 8 guests were trapped and couldn’t get out) or when luggage needed to be stored. Went to use the hot tub at night but keypad didn’t work and no one was there to assist. In time hopefully they sort this out and then it will be an amazing place to stay.
