Great location - easy walk to restaurants, parks, or the subway. The room was clean and provided both a microwave and fridge upon request. The front desk was very helpful and made sure that I allocated enough time to get to the airport. It took longer than I thought it would, but I was prepared.

Super friendly staff. We easily got directions, cold bottles of water upon entering or leaving the hotel if we requested it. The rooms were clean. They kept our luggage for us when we had a late flight and we had a nice clean comfortable cool lobby area to hang out in while we waited.

Very friendly when I called the front desk. Curtains in the room were torn and lamp shade had water damaged. They did offer to move me but I didn’t want to because I was right next door to my son and daughter in law. I think the cleaning staff should have a cleaning check list to turn in for each room completed then if there is a problem you can compare the employee list with the complaint.
