El hotel es muy bueno y tiene un buen servicio. En mi caso, sin embargo, tuve la mala experiencia de que dejé mis zapatos. Contacte de inmediato para que los aseguraran pero el hotel tiene procedimientos muy tardados y burocráticos para ello. El resultado fue que mis zapatos nunca aparecieron.

Very central location in Madrid. Right across from a subway station. Easy to catch taxi also in front of the hotel. It is a busy thorough fare with alot of access to stores and restaurants. It is the touristy area of the city so keep that in mind if you are looking to be in a quieter area. I was on the 4th floor, but couldn't hear much noise. Rooms are very clean and great condition. Great housekeeping. Staff overall friendly. Overall great hotel. Lobby area and public spaces need some updating and would be my only comment about furnishings and not having a coffee maker in the rooms are the only two slight comments about the accomodations.

We love this hotel! Everyone is welcoming and friendly. The roof deck and the pool have a spectacular view. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was ultra fast, although there are a lot of renovations being done the hotel was very clean. Best thing is the breakfast, plenty of choice, delicious and fresh

Extremely clean, beautiful rooms, courteous and professional staff. The free shuttle service was on time and amazing as well.
