The room was spotless, the staff were very friendly & efficient. Great location & when they knew it was my daughter’s birthday we arrived at our room to find a gift of wine & chocolate ❤️

Excellent hotel in a perfect location. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is great with a good variety of fresh options. The rooftop restaurant is also fantastic. Everything about our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Rome.

Cleans room every day and very helpful

The hotel was in a great location and had plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, convenience marts, and pharmacies within seconds/minutes of stepping outside. The cleaning could use some help, the inside of the wardrobe was very dusty and had “mold” like marks over the mirror, I ended up living out of my suitcase as I didn’t feel comfortable putting in my things. The hotel and amenities are a little dated, but it’s not like that can’t be seen in the pictures. I stayed in a single bed room, it was perfect for me as a solo person, but the shower stall is small (like very tight- I’m about average build at 5’3). Also I did not have hot water at all, so that kind of sucked. They lack to mention that their plug ins are the 3-hole ones!! So if you’re bringing an adapter make sure you bring a 3-prong one!! The electricity times out as well, so if you have the light on, phone charging, and the tv on, it’ll cause the electricity to go out and you’re stuck waiting anywhere from 1-2hrs. I know this is common in other countries I’ve been too, but a heads up would have been appreciated…. Breakfast was nothing special (eggs, Canadian bacon, pastries, cheese, meats), it was decent, but I appreciated all the friendly waitstaff. With that said, I did enjoy my stay and always felt safe, and would return here again. 7.5/10

The room I had needs some work, and to be fair they seem to be doing updating. The TV didn't work, and nor did the safe in the room, although Hassan kindly got the safe working on the first evening. The breakfast is still good and the breakfast team friendly and helpful. Rooms around the back are much quieter than the front although the room doors are thin. I've been staying here for years and overall, it's still good value for money. With the updates they're undertaking it should be back up to standard.
