Hotel had contacted me and said they were moving us to an adjoining townhouse complex as our room was no longer available. Townhouse was mediocre. Older, no tv and air conditioning was intermittent.

The staff were very helpful. All seemed somewhat multi-lingual and it was easy to communicate with them, whether it was arranging for a transfer to the airport or figuring out the best way into town. The restaurant staff was wonderful and the food was excellent.
We felt very relaxed at this property.

You can explore all of Costa Smeralda & Olbia from this location. The property is a bit worn down. You can tell it had its glory days, but it needs renovations. ..."
