The place was a classy endeavor from top to bottom. Staff was always friendly and helpful, property was clean and beautifully appointed and designed. I do wish the steam room and sauna were more private (a reservation did not mean exclusivity) and less uptight about swim trunks, but that's just my opinion.

The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was also adequately sized. All very clean and well maintained. The staff was very courteous and helpful recommending restaurants and explaining how to use the tram to get to the train station.
Breakfast was nice and with good offerings. Location is perfect.

I like that I was close to public transport (Tram at Lycée Kléber) to get to and from the Christmas Markets (of which there were 5!). I always enjoy the free breakfast and the amenities (hygiene products and the carafe for water). It was a bonus to have dinner there too, but one of the dinner menu dishes was not to my liking. The kind waitress didn’t charge me for it since I took one bite!
