Time shares sellers continually catch you every going in or out. Pushy sales tactics.
Hotel is beautiful and a great location.
Staff was very friendly, other than the time share people, which I don’t consider staff.

The A/C was not working. The hot water was on and off hard to regulate. Had to keep asking for shampoo and conditioner because room was not clean every day. Valet park was really slow only one person and 5 of us waiting on our cars.
