The short story- We didn’t love this place. Not a great stay. Long version- The original room we were given had 2/3 ac units broken. They would only blow hot air or fan the hot air around. When we called the front desk, they said they had no other rooms and that the maintenance person would try to come fix the problem. They suggested we stay in the room until the morning. To be clear- it was 28 degrees in the room. When the maintenance confirmed broken ac units, the front desk said they did in fact have another room available- this must have been the dirtiest room in the entire village. There was a dead bug on the wall- at eye level- I didn’t go look for it, but I did wipe it off. We were in the process of putting our luggage away when 3 cockroaches crawled out of the curtains. When we went to tell the front desk, they again put us in another room- magically. Thankfully, one with ac and a lack of bugs. The entire process took 4 hours of our first day of vacation- enough time that we missed the last call for dinner and had to drive the grocery store to get some snacks so the kids could eat. The next day we got a call to apologize for all of the delays and they offered an extended checkout time- by 4 hours. As for the resort- the pools are lovely, the maintenance crew seemed nice, front desk staff friendly but definitely got caught in some lies about the availability of rooms. Will I be back?? Definitely not. Plenty of other places to choose from. This isn’t it.

The beds should be changed for more comfort. If your guests don’t have a good night sleep they will not be happy.

Hotel was okay for a short trip. The hotel was dated and was definitely not a 5 star. Personally think 3 star at max. Food was okay but would definitely advise booking the specialty restaurants over the buffet if all inclusive.

The resort itself is impressive and golf courses are stunning. The pool area by the beach has great facilities and restaurants. The food at main reception restaurant is exceptional unfortunately the process of ordering is slow. As for the apartments, if I’d have understood the complex I would have booked a two bedroomed property or apartment. As it happened we had two separate apartments opposite each other. They were wasteful in space for two people I thought, but the main downfall was the condition, it was dated, the back sliding doors were held together with, what I can only describe as a, child kitchen cupboard safety clip. Which kept falling off. Meaning security was practically nil and void. The bathroom was so dated, grout, silicone, basins all facilities were in bad shape. The whole apartment needed a revamp. When you see the wealth of the surrounding private properties, they’re a bit of a let down, especially knowing we paid a a decent amount of money, they’re unfortunately not worth the price. I would return but not to these rooms.

Fantastic stay with our family. Suites are really comfortable and spacious. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast is extensive. Definitely will return
