Upon arrival at 2:00 PM, I found that there was a room available at the hotel. Unfortunately, the room did not have a single bed as per my reservation, but since I am traveling alone, I am comfortable with the twin bed. The view was fantastic.
It is recommended to request a corner room, as they offer the best views, including all four towers. The hotel is conveniently located near the PWTC station and Putra Mall.
However, one issue that has affected my four-star rating is that some white plaster or paint has fallen from the ceiling onto the bed. I only noticed this upon my departure, and it fell near the pillow. I hope that management can investigate this matter, as it poses a health hazard if inhaled.
