I definitely recommend this apartment. My family of 4 stayed four nights here and the location was perfect to explore both old town and the Jewish quarter as well as easy access to public transportation such as trams, trains and busses. We arrived late around 9pm so it was very dark and we didn't find the light switched in the halls until the next morning so finding the room was kind of difficult for us. I think the main issue was that in the US, floor 1 is the floor you enter on. So the instructions were clear aftrr understanding that floor 1 is one flight up. That took us a little bit of time to figure out and since it was super dark in the building, my kids were scared. But once we went upstairs, we easily found the room and all was good. The room also was fairly warm but there are fans and we were able to open the windows so it worked out fine. I should also note that the communication was great from fragola apartments... they even let me back into the room after check out to quickly look for something I had lost. I would definitely stay again!

The ground floor is a Michelin rated restaurant and the floors above have 1 apartment each. From the outside it looks like you are walking into a restaurant. Very interesting concept. We loved it. Food at the restaurant was amazing. Definitely NOT a tourist trap-like restaurant.

It is a beautiful hotel located right on the Main Market Square. There were more amenities than I would ever use. Included breakfast was awesome. If I ever go back to Krakaw, I will definitely stay at the Boneroski. It is the best hotel I have been in all my travels to Europe.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of restaurants and shops. The staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The room very clean and comfortable. The restaurant for dinner is a must. You have to try the cauliflower salad for your starter.

The apartment was clean and a short walk to Old Krakow. The Galleria was great to see families enjoying a nice summer night. The store was only a block away to pick up groceries and the coffee at the place below was very good. The receptionist in the office was friendly and very helpful.

This hotel is in the perfect central location to the main square in the old town. Everything you need is within walking distance of this hotel. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was lovely and big with everything you require (and more) and is cleaned daily. There is a complimentary mini bar for the soft drinks and snacks. The bathroom is amazing with a huge shower and heated toilet. The turndown service left a sweet on your pillow which was a nice touch. What makes this hotel even more special is the staff, from the moment you arrive at receiption you are made to feel welcome and they couldn't do enough for you. Everytime you passed any member of staff they always said hello. I want to give a special mention to Julia who checked us in and out and give an extra special mention to the concierge (man with the glasses, sorry didn't get your name), who went above and beyond making sure we were settled into our room ok and answered any questions we had. On the day we left he made sure we had a bottle of water for our journey back to the airport. Both of these members of staff are a credit to your team. Would definitely stay at this hotel again next time in Krakow.
