I’ve stayed at Aria a few times and this was the most disappointing. The A/C in our room was broken and it took multiple attempts to contact the AI concierge and guest services to get it fixed.
Hotel staff was similarly frustrating, particularly at check in. I added my brother to my room reservation when I checked in so he could pick up a key upon arrival. When he arrived, he was told that he was not on any reservation and that I hadn’t yet checked in.
The location and amenities remain solid, but there is some opportunity to improve the guest experience.
