Everything was excellent except for the condition of the room. It is in sore need of renovation. It is just very tired.

Beautiful resort in the heart l

We stayed for six nights, and unfortunately our experience was uncomfortable. The room was extremely cold throughout our stay. Although we reported the issue multiple times, staff brought in engineering support each time, but the thermostat was never properly fixed. We requested a room change; however, the hotel was fully booked until the fourth night, so we had to remain in the same room for most of our stay. Additionally, there were many homeless individuals around the hotel. While the property did have security and we did feel safe, it still made the environment less pleasant. I was also surprised to find that there was no coffee machine in the room!!
