Clean and spacious rooms, though the lighting could be improved — our room felt a bit too dark, not sure if that is intentional or that it is the style of the building. The facility is great and has a welcoming atmosphere. Food at the bar was delicious. It’s within walking distance of most places, about 15 minutes from the central hub, but we didn’t find that inconvenient.

Hotel was in a great location. Easy walking access to many Christmas Markets. Also 5 minutes from Museum Island and from river boat cruise. Friendly check in and nice room

Room was good, very conveniently located with lots of transport links nearby.

Decent hotel. Staff not from Berlin and didn’t know much about the area. Otherwise it was a good stay

Really good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Close to train station at Alexanderplatz, near other transport options (bus, trams) friendly staff. Lots of seating in the bar.

Rooms were clean, bathroom was roomy, down bedding was also a plus. Hotel & restaurant staff was personable and helpful. Location was outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Berlin.
