The scrambled eggs tasted bitter, the chorizo were hard and chewy. It would be great to have coffee and water available at the lobby and a place to microwave takeout food as the restaurant is only open for breakfast..

The room was clean however the air conditioning didn’t work. We had to call them a couple of times to get them to come up and fix it.

Wonderful stay and pleasantly surprised considering the property is so new. It’s quite well ran. There were natural growing pains of a new space but overall - wonderful area, wonderful hotel and great staff.

I am not used to having to pay a security deposit against meal or bar charges incurred during the stay, but I am told that is the thing these days. On the other hand, it was promptly refunded when we checked out.

Very convenient location to subway line. Clean and daily refresh done well. Helpful staff when required extra electric outlets, iron and linen. Heating/AC issues were solved when brought to maintenance's attention. Would stay there again when in London.
