Beautiful hotel in a beautiful central location in the heart of historic Rome. Everyone is gracious, helpful and polite, Our room was lovely, and the property is wonderfully maintained. Elizabeth Unique is situated on a narrow quiet side street near Piazza del Popolo, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso. The breakfast was wonderful, and we enjoyed dining on the terrace in the morning. Service is given with a smile and good humor. 5 star beauty, 5 star location, 5 star staff. No hesitations.

The size of the rooms is what drew me to the hotel at first. The entry level room was 700 sq ft and it was amazing. I hate small hotel rooms, where you can’t even open your case, so I was blown away by the size. The rooms are beautifully decorated too, although I felt that not having a full length mirror was crazy - I had to stand on the bath to see my outfit, I think adding full length mirrors would be helpful in the future. The motion sensor lights are also a little annoying - just moving in bed had the lights coming on in the middle of the night. Other than that the hotel is excellent. Beautiful location, great food and drink options and comfortable and welcoming stay. I’ll definitely stay here again if I come to Miami.

Loved my stay at the Kixby. The lux king room was spacious enough for two guests, much roomier than many NYC hotels. The complimentary water bottle upon check in was a great touch and free coffee/tea/water throughout your stay was awesome as well. The hotel is conveniently located near trains, eateries, shopping, and more. The hotel only has two guest elevators so elevator wait times could exceed more than a couple of minutes during high guest traffic hours. Other than that, I thorough enjoyed my stay and plan to stay here again for future stays in the city!

Awesome breakfast & clean room

Loved the property and the gardens. Great breakfast options and you could sit on the terrace if it was nice. Lovely part of Rome to stay in with great transport options.

Fantastic one night stay!! Staff was friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and relaxing! Overall would highly recommend.

Will start by saying the front desk was the highlight. The people working there were pleasant and very helpful. But this place was a dinky hotel stuffed between a bunch of tourist trap cafes. Must have been paying for the proximity to Roman site seeing because the €540 room was extremely underwhelming. Probably like 300 sq feet if that, AC hardly worked, could hear the room above us the whole night. Just a really mid experience, especially relative to cost. I’ll close by saying what I began with which was the front staff was excellent!
