The staff was friendly and welcoming! The room was great. The beds were so comfy! When we got there we were upgraded to a different room. There were food options in the hotel, but if you walked 5 minutes away you were in Taksim square, which had more reasonable prices. We only used the salon amenity in the hotel. Everyone was friendly, but ask for prices beforehand. Prices were higher than expected. Overall would recommend the hotel.

Excellent hotel, with great storage of clothes, beautiful rooms, bathrooms and the spa is great. All staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast is special. Walking distance to most areas. Very central Second stay and if I return to Istanbul this will be my hotel of choice again

Staff was very helpful and engaged. Concierge Manager, Delik was especially helpful with transportation and questions I had about tram fares. Hotel located very close to main attractions in the Old City.

A special thank you to Taylan at the front desk concierge — he made us feel welcome right away. He checked us in smoothly, spoke excellent English, and went above and beyond by arranging a massage for us, which turned out to be absolutely incredible. The massage was one of the best we've had — incredibly relaxing and professionally done. Highly recommend booking one if you're staying here! The buffet breakfast was another highlight. So many delicious options, fresh ingredients, and a beautifully arranged spread. If you have the time, it's definitely worth enjoying it every day during your stay. We also loved the pool and spa area — everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a day out in the city. All in all, our stay was perfect. Thank you again to Taylan and the entire team for making it so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!
