The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

Our stay at this beautiful hotel in Morocco was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. They were always willing to help and went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I felt comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. The property itself was absolutely gorgeous and provided such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely accommodating, and their genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. The daily breakfast was delicious, and one of my favorite touches was how personal the service felt. The staff remembered our breakfast orders and even knew my husband and me by name. Those little details made us feel truly valued and welcomed. The spa was also amazing and provided the perfect opportunity to relax and unwind. And because we were celebrating my birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel extra special. Their thoughtfulness and kindness made my birthday celebration in Morocco even more memorable. I am so grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received. My husband and I left with beautiful memories that we will cherish forever. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Morocco.
