The parking was free including un the underground garage if you check in online. Reception check in was brilliantly fast and efficient and luckily the room was available early. We love the garden and huge open spaces . Traditional and modern architecture. Access to Mon Brio via the Spa ( very good price in the week) is a feature we value greatly. The shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the balcony and seating with view of the pool was all much appreciated as was the friendly staff at all levels of the team . Enhorabuena! Great location. Staff was very courtesy and helpful. Amazing Michelin star restaurant in the hotel which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Excellent breakfast lots ot choose from, and even English Products :) Staff were friendly, a little noisy in the hotel with doors closing. Beds were comfy and AC was very good in the room

To get any in-person assistance you have to go to the hotel next door. The self check in machine is ok, but if you book through a third party site it won’t register and will have you pay the stay again. Thankfully the staff understood and was able to accommodate me.

Stuff was great and very helpful

I can’t see any reason to recommend this place. It’s very far from everything. The food is terrible in all the restaurants and there are zero restaurants nearby. The rooms are garish - we had two separate rooms both were missing supplies like a bathrobe, toiletries and ample towels. Loud music playing all day and night, deserted industrial marina location and really disappointing food made the trip less enjoyable than we had hoped. Twenty five minute walk to the metro or 30-40 dollar cab ride to gothic quarter, el born etc. hotel is clean and staff mostly seemed nice but service is poor at the pool. I can’t see any reason to recommend.

PROS: The hotel itself was very spacious, clean and well designed. The reception staff were extremely helpful and gave us many tips on travel to other towns and restaurants, etc. Breakfast was delicious and had something for everyone! The hotel is in a really good location, close to the bus stop if you want to take a trip to Tarragona (must see)! Lots of choice for restaurants and ice cream bars, and not far from the Cami De Ronda coastal walk. CONS: The hotel advertises a pool bar, however this was not present during our whole 5 day stay. The TV in the room does not connect to the WiFi as we were told by one of the staff members and instead you have to screen share/AirPlay Netflix or YouTube to the TV…which also doesn’t work. The drain in the shower room had a really terrible smell that hit you as soon as you entered the room and was hard to take a shower because of it.

The room was very spacious. The pool and rooftop bar were so nice. The view was amazing!

We had ants in our room but they quickly switch our room.
