We found out that they clean the room every 3 days only...
I have never seen a 5 stars hotel got this policy!When we called the front desk because our room was not done, this was their explanation..
What about if you spoil your sheets or you have a baby who drop his milk ?
You sleep in dirty sheets for 3 days? come on !
This kind of saving is ridiculous when you see some staff members walking around , doing NOTHING...
Reduce your staff and increase the cleaning team! your clientele will appreciate very much...

Third time staying at this hotel and still love it! The dining options were limited though, all restaurants were only open at times that did not accommodate our schedule, and in room dining was very pricey.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional attentiveness. The housekeeping team does a fantastic job; after a long day of activities and excursions, coming back to a spotless room and bathroom was wonderful. They truly deserve a raise! Additionally, the pool staff was awesome - attentive, welcoming, and provided top-notch service. This is a great hotel, and the team running it is absolutely first-class. Sincerely, PMR.
