One of the chairs in our room was soaking wet. I didn't notice this and had a misfortune to sit on it. They tried to charge us for snacks that we didn't consume. Finally, they didn't apply a $15 credit (part of the $30 "Urban Experience" the hotel charges in addition to the room charge) to our breakfast. I had to email the hotel to add this credit. Breakfast was so-so. Staff at the reception desk was very helpful though. I think there are better hotels nearby.

"This is by far my favorite hotel in the city. We've stayed here several times. We like the security, the staff, the amenities and the pillows! It's the only hotel where I sleep better than I do in my own bed plus it is close to everything so we can walk to events. 5 stars!"
