Marrakesh-Tensift-El Haouz Luxury Holidays

This was a perfect place to stay in Marrakech. The Riad was situated in a quiet part of the Medina with easy access to the souks and main square. The week we were there the temperatures reached 105F (~40c) and the riad was really comfortable and cool to go and relax in the middle of the day. The staff were really helpful from before we arrived, to being welcomed by Abdul Azziz and looked after by Hannan. Her breakfasts were the perfect way to start the day. They also helped us plan our activity and helped us resolve our issues when things did not go quite as planned. They were always available by phone. We also did the cooking class at the Riad. It was fun to go to the market with Jamila and then cook a traditional Tagine with her. Overall, if you’re looking to spend some time in the hustle and bustle of the old city of Marrakech you won’t be sorry if you pick this place. We stayed in the emerald riad.

The room was really nice and big. It’s a beautiful, well maintained property. Walking distance to big square and the big market, Bahia palace the big mosque. Great options for breakfast. Shower pressure was great which matters to us.

Nice & quiet hotel. Service was good. It’s far from the main tourist spots. They do have a shuttle service if you do want to go into town. Breakfast was good, Would have expected more selection… overall nice clean and a very quiet hotel to come and relax!

Brilliant facility. Most amazing Riad with unbelievable rooms of such quality and design. We had 4 adults and so beautiful and private.

Staff were not friendly. They kept shushing us I felt like a child being corrected constantly. Otherwise very clean, beautiful and great location

excellent hotel (clean , class et excellent service ) . the only and i would say the big glitch is the parking of the hotel resident is shared the casino customer and night club ... the audience are in party mood and drunk .. we had a surprise : Our car was wrecked by a guest of another guest who was likely intoxicated. Our first night was disrupted; we were woken up at 4:30 a.m. and asked to come down to the parking area... we didn't get back to sleep until a few hours later. The way the parking is managed is shocking—especially for a luxury hotel costing $800 a night. We ended up with a sleepless night and thousands of dollars in damages... truly disappointing. The worst part is that they are aware of this and it happens often...
