Pool amazing, they let us check in earlier,but room service not satisfied, we had to ask for everything, I paid for 3 persons we get all for 3 very disappointing and they are rude if you ask them for something , beside the front desk.

Location, location, location. The housekeeping was great, front desk was helpful and overall a great stay. My only complaints were the lack of amenities in the rooms. It's 2026 and the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in room was disappointing. Also, while not in hotel management, I imagine it's relatively cheap to get some way to access streaming services on the tv without having to bring a laptop and hdmi cable. Otherwise great, the staff in particular. Although the lack of front desk staff in the later hours wasn't great. They were there, but there was no bell or anything to ring them. I get not having someone literally at the front desk 24/7, but if you're going to do that at least have a way to ring them instead of just waiting until they happen to see you on the camera or whatever. Also this is more Expedia's fault, but self parking was advertised, however valet at $55 a day is the only option unless you want to chance the street metered parking the entire stay.

Our stay was great! Staff was beyond friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. Location was right across the beach. All you need is next to your hotel. Beautiful outdoor pool and clean facility.
