Overall, a very good hotel/resort. The challenge is that it's layout is over a very large property. Finding your way around is a mystery and walking to your room, with the luggage, from the reception is very difficult ... but they arranged for a van to take us. Using Uber at night, the driver couldn't find our villa.

We had a wonderful holiday at this hotel, its the second time we have stayed here. Our initial welcome was excellent, the breakfast is brilliant, the pool is amazing, can't fault the sea views and the room cleaned everyday and towels replaced. At the time of writing it is a tiny bit tired, however they are shutting down in winter 2026 for a refurb, so that should be amazing when its finished. The only minor gripe is the really, really slow service at the pool bar. Other than that we can't wait to go back.

The property itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential, but the overall experience fell short of what I would expect from a traditional resort. It feels less like a conventional resort and more like renting someone else’s vacation property, with a timeshare-like atmosphere. Check-in was somewhat cumbersome, and getting around the property and accessing the various amenities was unnecessarily complicated. The shuttle system requires reservations for each trip, which made getting from one area to another feel inconvenient rather than relaxing. Unfortunately, the service was another area that could use significant improvement. The front desk staff we encountered came across as discourteous and seemed bothered when we had questions. The resort also partners with an outside company to manage several of the restaurants and the pool, and our experience with the pool staff—particularly the servers—was disappointing. Service felt slow and unmotivated, which took away from what should have been a relaxing pool experience. Overall, the property is attractive, but the service, logistics, and overall resort experience did not live up to our expectations. We expected more and ultimately felt that the property did not deliver the level of service or convenience we anticipated.

Hotel is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful.Pool area is very cramped and if you can't get a space ,a sun bed and umbrella opposite the hotel ,are available but you have to pay 15 euros, even though it is to do with the hotel.Also check your bill when leaving as we were going to be charged for 2 drinks which we never had. They said sorry
