Boutique Hotel Villa Sostaga was the highlight of our trip to Italy! The property was exceptional, and the staff were absolutely amazing. The breathtaking views of the lake and the outstanding food exceeded all our expectations. We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and look forward to returning. 8.6/10 Excellent! (369 reviews)
Great location in the Galleria. Overall, OK hotel, but not a 5 star property. Lobby and common areas were small and average finishes and quality. Room was ok, but small and not a luxury room at all, even though we upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the inside of the Galleria. Breakfast was OK but not included.
Overall, not a bad hotel, but NOT a 5 star property or experience.

The room we stayed in was excellent - well laid out and clean. The entire staff were so friendly, polite and welcoming. Breakfast was good and as plentiful as anyone would hope for. The spa is incredible - we spent a lovely few hours there.
