This property was due for renovations about 3 years ago but the pandemic hit. They are planning a huge renovation now and you can tell they are in the recovery phase of the pandemic. We love this resort but could tell the pandemic hurt them.

Very expensive place...Most of the things they list the resort fee pays for our hard to find and get. We kept asking about the pool fruit service it said we got and 99% of the staff gave us a baffled look. Finally on our last day someone walked around with 2 cantaloupe cubes on a stick after 1:00. ...
