Costa del Maresme Pet-friendly Holidays

We were puzzled as to why this hotel was rated four stars. The area was not appropriate for our children to walk by themselves. The hotel is very rundown so we had to look for an alternative at the last minute. We found one, desperate, but managed to have a complete different experience for the same four star rating.

Hotel rooms are spacious. They don't put soap, only tiny "eco-friendly" sachets that are too small for a shower or 2. Playing the green umbrella when it impacts the customers experience isn't savvy. Worst bit is about the staff- recepcionists are rude and barely say thanks or hello, would give them 0 stars. No smile, no service, nothing. Horrendous behaviour. Parking space is tiny, please use it only if you're very comfortable with parking, don't use if you have a medium/large car.
