The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great. The location was central and the towers were in walking distance. Unfortunately the infinity pool was crowded and very cold which was not great given that the weather was chilly.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Receptionist actually walk out of counter to receive the guest and allowed late check out. Bell boys were super helpful too. Breakfast was superb! Will definitely come again.

This hotel was conveniently located near shopping and restaurants Great staff. Particularly, Ikram (porter/greeter) was very helpful in getting us Grab to leave during road closure and traffic was at a standstill. He got on the phone and talked to driver for us and made sure we were able to secure a ride. Such a big help on a chaotic day!
