Very nice place to stay briefly. Room was comfortable. Location was convenient

Our room (404) was clean and spacious however, there was construction on the outside of the building. Our family member was in 415 and only saw scaffolding. They moved to 504 which had no air conditioning and looked like a dormitory room and was very tiny. The shower had some mold in it. The complementary br eakfast was very good. It was situated in the heart of old city centre making it easy to navigate around. Plenty of restaurants close by.

Modern look, helpful staff, good breakfast and food service but room was ver poorly done. Bed placement makes it difficult for the 2nd person to go the far end of the bed and for getting out. Bathroom is very tiny, not easy to maneuver in and out, very uncomfortable.

1. No WiFi was available in the room. You have to go out of the room to use it! Complaining front desk staff didn’t help! 2. Bath tub was not draining. It was filled almost half by the time I finished showering.

Overall poor experience. I hadn’t been informed that there would be an extra charge for a 3rd person even though I had booked the room for 3, 1 adult and 2 children (14 & 12 years old at the time of booking and checkin). I am perplexed that the extra charge for a 3rd person wasn’t matched by extra services; we still had only 2 bath robes until we requested for more, we only had 2 slippers until we asked for 1 more pair and we were given 1 bottle of mouth wash during the whole stay. The food eCHO was a cold lamb shank which had to be returned to the kitchen and the chicken burger at the Lenox bar was served without avocado and eggs. The chicken burger was also returned to the kitchen. The whole experience has been atrociously poor. Won’t recommend

I had a nice stay overall, but there are a few things the hotel should improve. The air conditioning was not working properly, which made the room uncomfortable, especially at night. The shower also needs attention. The shower door is not properly secured, so water gets all over the bathroom floor. You have to be very careful while showering and constantly watch where the water is going.
