No front desk staff was a bit of an issue for us…..we aren’t use to the all digital type room and building entry. Once we got in and in our room it all worked out. We had stayed previously when it was under a different setup and enjoyed it so much that we wanted to return with our family. Location is great with close proximity to train, major sightseeing and places to shop and eat. Only complaint would be that be curtains were a little worse for wear and in my opinion should be replaced or at least cleaned. The bedspreads weren’t as soft as I would have liked, but all in all the room was comfortable and well laid out. I advise to bring air plugs if you are a sensitive sleeper, as the walls seem very thin and I could hear my neighbors and most activity in the hallway at night or early morning.
