Northwest Side Pet-friendly Holidays

Loved the staff, all were super friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable but the duvet was a weird weighted ribbed tablecloth situation versus a blanket. The hotel is in need of repairs like ripped carpets, light in hallway hanging off the wall, the entire wooden wall with the air conditioner against the window was coming off the wall. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. For being 15 floors up the road below is surprisingly loud at night and so we used the fan which did a lot of clanky noises but worked. The towels were super soft and the water pressure was amazing. Not having a coffee maker in the room was a bummer, there was a coffee station in the lobby but nothing for making tea so I asked the front desk for hot water, I brought my own tea, they were very nice about getting water. It was unclear who the valet people were since there was no valet podium. As a result I pulled into the side up the garage entryway where the valet clearly had an office and we had to rush unloading there and apparently in the process I lost a shoe which never showed up in the lost and found. I feel it was overpriced but still had a nice stay and the view of the lake was beautiful
