Southeast Orlando Pet-friendly Holidays

The staff was wonderful & very helpful. I really enjoyed the location. It's near Sea World, Downtown Disney and close enough to Universal areas. Walkable area for nice walks and good food spots to walk too. The 4th floor smells musty and feels damp. The room was the same way by the second day and the tub holds water while taking a shower. The king room was really spacious and nice. However, the smell was very unacceptable.

The hotel was clean and most things seemed to have been updated pretty recently. Our room was very nice and conveniently located. We had no issues with parking or checking in/out. The pool area was the highlight of the stay, but the pool bar seemed to only be opened sporadically with no set schedule. My only two complaints are that at one point there was a couple who were arguing and making a huge scene, cursing, and screaming/crying… front desk staff said there was nothing they could do about it because they are “residents” and not guests of the hotel. They also state that they are a “pet-free” hotel. I have horrible dog allergies and specifically looked for a place that didn’t allow pets, only to find that they did allow “residents” to have pets, so my allergies took a turn for the worse even with meds. Overall, it was a good place to stay. Much nicer than a lot of other non-Disney/Universal properties in the area.
