Amazing stay as always. Beautiful hotel but the staff make it great. Feels like a home away from home. Perfect location that is easily walkable everywhere in the historic center.

Helpful and excellent staff from the desk to the cleaning ladies. So helpful.
It’s in a great location near the Ponte Vecchio.
It does need a bit of refurbishment however.
Would definitely stay again

We loved our stay at this hotel! It was clean, well-maintained, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The service was excellent throughout our visit.
We spent Christmas Eve here and enjoyed the special Christmas dinner — both the food and the wine were absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

Super wellbeing location but quite remote
We had a very relaxing 1 night stay at this pretty spa-style hotel in the Tuscan hills. Disappointingly, the restaurant was closed forcing us to travel to a nearby town, but we had a great experience and excellent meal. Overall it was very pleasant, but quite expensive.
